The GOES-O fairing decal is being installed at the Astrotech payload processing facility in Titusville, FL. In the background is the
payload attach fitting (PAF) on a work stand. The PAF attaches the satellite to the Delta IV rocket. The fairing will encapsulate
GOES-O during the initial launch phase and is jettisoned 297.5 seconds after liftoff when it is 90.6 nautical miles high and 331.8
nautical miles downrange traveling 17,745 feet per second.
